We offer different levels of support, including Platinum, Gold, Silver, and custom levels structured to meet almost any need. This can include on-site staffing services for maintenance, repair, install, or even system coverage when your in-house staff is absent or required on other projects.

Conference Technologies, Inc.® offers four different plans to meet our clients' needs — CTI Core, CTI Complete, CTI Custom and CTI Onsite.

CTI Core

With every system we implement, we provide one year of CTI Core support. Central to your needs, we deliver phone assistance during normal business hours, and depot service for hardware repairs. Throughout the first year, we assess system conditions to ensure status is dependable.


CTI Complete

Our CTI Complete service is there for you 24/7 with dedicated customer experience teams. Through on-site technical service, recommended programming upgrades, and quarterly reliability checks, your system is covered for the unexpected, as well as planned maintenance. When critical meetings arise, we help ensure system performance and deliver training for your teams to operate equipment with confidence. Our managed services staff does more than diagnose and repair failures, they help plan for system life-cycles.


CTI Custom

As every system is customized for our clients, each service plan can be designed to include coverage tailored to your organization. Let us work with you develop a plan to fit your unique needs.
